Need a part # or idea of where to find one
It's the 90 Deg. vacuum line that connects the throttle body to a smaller line on the passenger side....I think the fuel purge solenoid valve line. They sale similar connections locally but one size is smaller than the other and they don't have that.

The GM part is discontinued. You'll have to keep looking for something that will work. I might have heard that someone used a spark plug wire boot for the elbow.
