my friend got some LT4 heads and now needs an intake. anyone got one layin around and want to sell or know where to get one? thanks

An LT1 intake can fairly eaily be made to work and is VERY similar port and plenum wise to the LT4 intake.

 

what has to be modified?

 

I believe Summit sells the LT4 intakes individually for a little over 200 bucks.

 

Look for posts from shoebox, A/G, SStrokerAce and the like and that can be answered. I have done some reading on it but feel better pointing you towards where I got my info rather than risk screwing up a detail repeating it.
