need help w/ headers and exhaust...

Alright guys, i got a 94 z28 (a4) with a LT4 hot cam. I am wondering what you guys would recommend for headers and exhaust?

I am really looking at hooker headers and hooker cat-back exhaust. My friend has pacesetter long tubes, but they cracked and have a horrid exhaust leak now, so I have decided to stay away from those.

I would get some Lt's, kooks if money is no option. If it is, just an ceramic coated ( it will keep them from rusting for a year longer) Lt's will do. After that, since you've got a camaro, I would run a nice true dual set up dumped before the axle. Maybe some sweet thunder tube mufflers (stainless inside and out, and wont blow out the guts and get lots louder over time). I ran long tubes with those mufflers attached to them, and nothing more. Everyone that commented on it said it sounded completly bad ***, and thats without a cam. If you want a little more mild, I also ran the aero chamber hooker cat back. It is pretty quite at idle and lower rpms, but when you get it on it comes alive. Just my opinions, Im no one, so do what you want.

I am happy with my slp middies. They were relatively easy to install and they have great clearance.

If you don't have to worry about emissions regulations, I would go with long tube headers and an off-road y-pipe. True duals is another good way to go, it may cost a little more though.
