Need help from TC/Trans-Go guys

I installed a vigilante 3200 and a trans-go shift kit today.I took it out and locked the converter up a bunch of times to break it in,so after I broke it in I hit it from a stop.It went to about 3500 instantly and shifted to second, meanwhile my tires won't hook up.At second it went to about 4500 and dropped to 3500 and went back up again. In third it just about did the same thing.Meanwhile,my car still won't hook up.So I made 3 street passes and the same thing happend every time.Where are the hard shifts I was waiting for,it's less potent then before I put the trans-go in.I went ahead and put 3 spacers in the accumulator body to get the hard shift. What does this sound like to you.I know I put everything in right.Any advice would be great. Mike

Sounds like it's shifting hard to me....if you are still smoking the tires between gears then that next higher gear is hitting hard enough to prevent the tires from hooking.

I can't feel the shifts like I thought/told,mabye it's cause my tires won't hook.I still can't figure out why my rpm's are dropping in 2nd and 3rd gear. That can seriously mess my time up.
