i've been switching my car's interior from a 94 trans am to a 97 trans am. bassically the steering wheel , radio and other stuff. but i havea problem that i can't get by!!!!

i have a 96-97 monsoon head unit and 99 controls for my sterring wheel, but when i use the buttons on the wheel....they are mixed up.

the volume down becuase volume up and everything is back asswords!!!

what should i do, whats wrong with this. the car audio section never replied to any of my last post about this, so i'm turing to you guys!!!

can anyone tell me if there is a part number difference between the radio wiring harness's for the f-body , or if the steering wheel radio controls harness is different through the years?

please help me!!!!!
