ok i got some bs white face gages overlay for my t/a and when i put it on i tried to put all the needles wheer they were but they are all off of where they really are supposed to be is there a way to re set it or what?

 

Well, the only way I know you can solve that is to set the needles at points that you know they should be at. gotta pull the needles off and place them back on ... if that makes sense When you start the car you set the oil pressure needle where your pressure is normally on a cold start. Same thing, fill gas tank, put needle 1/4 over full (lol at least thats how it is on my car) have a buddy drive next to you for mph, and tach, your car idles from stock at 800 m6 and like 650 a4(i think its 650 for a4) far as voltage goes, you can just whip out a volt/ohm meter, far as coolant temp goes you should know the general idea of where the fans turn on, run it till they do then put the needle in at that temp... did that on my buddies car... took some time. Just left the clear plastic off for a week of driving to tune it. then when he was satisfied, popped the plastic back on. no probs since.
