Got all connecions connected car turns over get fuel and spark but does not run how is this possible? What could it be?

What kind of changes did you make?

 

383 short block, trick flow heads, 54mm tb, 30lb injectors, pcmforless.com tunning , hooker lt.

Are all the plug wires in the correct places? Did you make sure the opti was installed correctly?

 

ya went over the wires twice and also checked to see if the timeing was on to. I took the valve cover off and noticed that the rocker arms were cracked from me over tightening the lash. I took them all off i now need new studs. What did i do wrong i tightened them till them quit spining and then 1 full turned them like the book said and also in the sequence that it said?
