Need help ASAP! What size tap for header bolts!?!

Need help ASAP! What size tap for header bolts!?!

Heads and intake are all back on, and now im putting the headers back on. I have one bolt that doesn't want to go in without cross threading, and then the bolt that holds the support for the alt. doesn't want to go in because the fel pro gasket covers part of the hole!

So I figure I'll tap both the holes and see what happens. Thanks

Take the bolt with you to an auto parts store and watch it up.

You don't need that last bolt to support the alternator....so you can go without it.

Ok thanks, I looked at it closer and decided 3 or the 4 bolts for the alternator should be plenty to hold it solid. That'll save me some time and $$.. Thanks again guys.

That bracket hooks to the exhausts? I was trying to figure out why I had a leftover alternator bracket after the header swap! lol...

LOL, yea the very front bolt on the passenger side gets screwed in, and then there is a support that goes on that along with another nut to hold the support on.
