I checked and the GM p/n's you list are:
12552428 95-7 opti timing cover seal
10128317 93-4 opti timing cover seal
Re: neED A GASKET SEAL PART NUMBER
FWIW if you mean that 2 or 3" rubber O-ring that goes over the backside of the opti into the timing cover my opti that I removed for the first time never even came with one. Although the non-vented opti I bought in replacement did. Weird I thought

Re: neED A GASKET SEAL PART NUMBER
Are you talking about the o-rings on the shaft, or are you talking about the seal which presses into the timing chain cover?
You can get a timing cover gasket kit from Advance Auto or Autozone for ~$15. This is a felpro kit which has 2 o-rings, all 3 seals which press into the timing cover (water pump drive, opti drive, balancer hub), the timing cover to block gasket, and waterpump gaskets.

where do the o rings go right on both sides of the shaft. which would make it a double gasket idea because it goes into the seal on the timing cover
Re: neED A GASKET SEAL PART NUMBER
I don't understand your question (if you asked one?)
Here is a diagram of the timing cover and Here is a diagram of the opti spark (both compliments of Shoebox).
Notice the two different timing chain covers on the bottom of the 1st picture. The '93-'94 definitely has a smaller opti drive seal.
So again, which seal are you asking about (o-rings or seal in the timing cover)? Like I stated earlier, all these seals can be purchased in a kit from your local autoparts store for $15.
