Need exhaust

So the time has come that my wife's 94 Z28 needs a new exhaust. What should I go with? Not looking to spend a bunch of money, I just want something that looks good and is not a hunk of junk. No need for huge performance gains either (I might put a cut out on it for me, shhhhhh) any help would be great thanks.

get a magnaflow. stainless, halfway mild, and sounds really good.

Re: Need exhaust

NAPA sells a Walker brand, $94.00. It's like the original. The drone some of the aftermarket systems will drive you crazy.
Save your money for the electric cutout.

That is a nice exhaust. Not a bad price either.

id pay a little more and get a stainless system unless you don't plan on keeping the car.

Re: Need exhaust

I'm almost done installing the Hooker catback. These comments are all purely based on the install and listening to it in my garage.

Observations so far:
It has the perfect amount of noise, quieter than the Flowmaster catback but louder than stock.

The tips are OK looking but they are stainless.

The muffler has "China" stamped on it. This bothers me but not enough to send it back, especially since I had most of it installed at this point.

The instructions aren't too clear but it is easy to figure out anyway.
