Need a driveshaft, is the 1LE worth it?

Just wondering. I need a drive shaft but want one thats going to be able to handle over 400hp to the wheels. Is the 1LE drive shaft going to be able to handle that? Is there other, better drive shafts out there? If so where? Also where can I buy a 1LE driveshaft if thats the better one to go with?

There are better DSs out there.
ACPT carbon fiber.
Dennys driveshafts, several others but these can get expensive, they will handle your HP output though.
I have an aluminum 1LE that I got cause my stocker was a vibeshaft, its nice and can handle decent power but if your going big it will twist up or even break.

It's pretty tough to figure out which you'll need. Increasing strength is something like:

LS1
1LE
LPE
Denny's/others

Those are aluminum DS's, and just get larger or thicker walls as they go up.

A steel driveshaft is typically stronger than aluminum

A carbon fiber one, I'm not sure. Haven't heard of many folks using them, and have heard of a couple instances of failures...

I used an LPE DS for a long time on my NA motor, with slicks, and it held just fine. Upgraded to a Denny's shaft when I put in the 12-bolt.

My projected goal of N/A HP is 390. I will be spraying later on so ill need a DS that can handle nearly 500hp. I only want to buy one DS so im looking for one that will hold up. Ive heard good things about the 1LE but I wasn't sure how much it can hold.
