Need Custom Belt

Well, my AC Compressor is taking a huge dump and I want to bypass it before I start a massive fire.

Does anyone know what belt size I need to bypass this thing? I also have an aftermarket G2 harmonic balancer.

You cant just bypass it. You need to remove the ac compressor, then bolt in a dead pully (1le ac delete pully)

AC delete pulley is not that expensivel.
You might have to experiment till you find the right belt though, I had to do this with my AC delete and underdrive pulley.

Fresh from another post the AC Delete pulley number is 10115875.

Take a string around the pulleys and measure the streng length, then buy a few belts around that size, and return the ones that dont fit.
People do it all the time when working on custom applications (exept most of them are using V-belts)

You cry baby, I'll take off the compressor. I have a lot of tools now, more than your scattered a$$ tool set.

Its getting cold anyway, just dont use the ac.

OB and I are just going to swap it out @ H&W one day next week. BD is calling around to get me his discount price through work.

I don't need to drive it anyway. The Intrepid is still running strong....for now .

I swear, I hate doing A/C work on 2 cars but I've got to have it. The bird is janked enough as it is. I'm working on getting her back 100%
