National timing cover seals from the factory?

National timing cover seals from the factory?
Did gm use national water pump, opti, and crank seals from the factory, when I replaced mine they looked like they've been in there awhile, not that big of a deal, I was just curious.

I don't see why not. They use them now. The rear main seal I just put in said National on it.
