Trying to figure out why my car won't start, (it will only crank, but not fire up) and replacing all the ignition components (including the Opti), and trying to figure out if my timing chain slipped, and the timing is off.

I cranked the motor with the valve covers off, and they're all moving, but I'm not sure if the timing is correct. Please help, as I need to know today if I need to order a new timing chain.

 

is your fuel pump coming on? sounds like the same problem i was having with mine. i replace the fuel pump and modular and it works fine now. hope this helps.

 

Oh yes, I forgot to mention about that. The guel pump is coming on, and I've even tried using starting fluid.
Spark is making it to the Opti, but spark doesn't seem to be making it to the plugs (plug wires and plugs have been changed).
