my opti is bad, what are my options ?? *

hey guys, car was misfiring like a bitch, couldn't see what cylinder was bad due to my madz28 tuning, but my #4 thing on my opti isn't sending spark,,do i need a new opti? or is there any other options?? can i upgrade?
how much can i look to spend on a new opti..

It could be the opti, but you never know.....the ignition/spark systems on our cars SUCK!!!.....The best thing for you to do is get the complete Delteq ignition system!!......its expensive but well worth it!!.....Say bye bye to ol opti!!!......as soon as this opti goes in mine thats what im going with. Make sure you get new wires and plugs to, just to be on the safe side!! I think pricing for the complete system which includes wires, coils, etc....is about 650 bucks. Hope this helped!!

I bought mine from Jason Cromer for $320 and spent $135 on the install, which is very, very cheap. He sells them new with warentee and everything you need. I think they are like $425 retail.

Oh, wait, you have a '97. That is a vented Opti and they are cheaper. I don't know Jason's website address or I would give it to you.

damn, when i bought mine like 2 years ago from Jason cromer it was 200 something.... Demand must be going up!
