It looks like it is spewing out of the weep hole, time for a new water pump.

Similar thing happened to me it thought it was coming from the weep hole, but i started the car and looked under there and I could see it coming out where the pump meets the block. turns out the gasket was totally shot when I took it off so I replaced the gasket and also replaced the waterpump since I had it off.

you could put the electric water pump in this one, so that way you will have less of a "down time" for your car?

well you need to plug the water pump housing, I would take the drive out but you will have to take off the timing cover and timing set...plug the holes

I guess you could just pull the housing off and put the e-pump kit on and wire it up....leave the drive in the block and just plug the housing if it will fit that way...i'm sure it will

It will fit that way. My buddy ran his CSR for a while before he did his cam swap and ditched the water pump drive. I plan to install a new cam and e-waterpump this weekend. I'm going to keep the LT4 ED chain and the drive in place. This way if i ever get stranded out of town or something i can just swap in a stock pump and get going.

There is a gain to be had by swapping in an electric pump, close to 10 horse at the wheels in most cases. If you are trying to squeeze out every last bit from your motor, then it may not be a bad idea.
