Re: My LE1 Vids.

I think the idle is part camera, and part that its idleing at 1000rpm. For some reason, not sure if i have a vacume leak or what, but i cant get it to idle at 875 where its supposed to be. I like the idle how it is though, doesnt feel like the car is gunna stall all the time.

Re: My LE1 Vids.

Adjust the screw on your TB to achieve your target idle. That is if you want. I would think that if you wanted a higher idle you would set it in the tune. Who did your tuning for you?

Is the idle with the cut out open?

Re: My LE1 Vids.

That idle is through the aerochamber muffler which is a quiet muffler. Its got a good lope to it with the cutout uncapped. Maybe ill get another vid with the cut out open. IAC counts are going to 0. I also tried plugging up the IAC hole in the TB and the car still idled like normal.

The throttle blades are fully closed, i have vacume leak someplace. Idle is set in the PCM for 875.

Madwolf did my base tune and then i had a WOT dynotune done.

Cool Re: My LE1 Vids.

Sounds sweet man! But we need an idle vid of that open cutout and some revs through both set-ups too...

Nice car,

Mike

Re: My LE1 Vids.

nice video, sounds great. A side question, are the rims on your car, real Grand Sports? And where did you get them?

Re: My LE1 Vids.

The wheels are replicas i got on ebay from OE wheel distributors. The come with chrome centercaps, but I have a set of GM grand sport centercaops in them.

I will try to get some video with the cutout open this morning.

Ive come to the conclusion that my camera sucks as far as sound quality goes. Open cut-out didnt make any difference.
