Few last minute details left but getting really close. fter all these years of watching other people post their cam videos and drooling over them, cool to post my own.

Sounds good. What does it idle at & who tuned it for you? Or did you do it?

Thanks,
Scot

Right around 850-900, I still haven't adjusted the TPS sensor. I plan to monkey with that tomorrow.

Same here, your car sounds pretty good. I have to go out of town for a meeting in New Orleans, so dont know how much time I'll get to spend on the Trans Am.

I have the same cam, and have had it "tuned" but can't get the idle down below around 1200.

Considering it's idling at 850-900 it sounds pretty good (tune wise). That thing is gonna scream on the bottle. Nice job and good luck.

I'm VERY interested to see what that cam does on those heads. Seeing as how I have considered getting them over my current locally ported stockers. If they can trap over 94mph in the 1/8th N/A you better be posting that stuff up. I've got mine to trap 91mph currently and believe I can get 92 to 93 out of it but that's probably the most I'll be able to coax out of the heads that I have on this cam right now. Definately get that thing tuned and to the track soon. Post em up! G/L!

I always loved the way my CC306 sounded. I got alot of compliments. Seeing as how folks have done over 400rwhp with LE1 heads, and 428rwhp with GTP II heads, nicely ported Dart 200's should be putting you in the 430-440rwhp area with an "old technology" camshaft.

The trans other than the converter is stock, so the shift points are as well, I still want to take it to the track with auto and see what happens, I imagine it's not going to be in my favor shifting so soon. I picked my T-56 up today from getting built, so I imagine once it goes in I'll get some hero six speed 10 bolt dyno pulls, the car has a madz28 tune in it. I do have an XFI engine harness that was custom built for the car, that wont happen till some time next year. I was wanting to build some thing fairly radical for it, but I think eventually a 396 on nitrous when it needs a new short block should make for a fun street car. I have a lot more I want to do to the car then I have time to do it. But I would like to kind of build the car toward pro-touring and keep it LTX powered.
