edelbrock--subframes, tower bar, heads and cam, TES headers, edelbrock Cat back.... one would think I'm sponsered by edelbrock.
the performer head was a good deal, it flows the same as a LT4 head for less money and costs less than ported heads to. ported heads could flow more than the performers but woud have cost alot more money for me here in hawaii with shiping.
The performer cam seems like it will be good cam for street use also. 218 Intake and exhaust and .530 lift with 1.5 rockers. going by the overlap figures this cam would be milder than a zz9 cam at idle but make the same amount of power.
being that I have a 1993 I am quite sure it would not like a cam such a comp 306 with out alot of tuning. I just want a almost stock idle and more power across the board, witch it seems the edelbrock heads and cam will provide. with this package according to edelbrock and desktop dyno 2000 will make more power without losing much if any low end. I also pluged in a comp 306 cam, dyno 2000 says these heads would make around 460FWHP. now there are two people on this board with edelbrock heads haha. now who will be the first to install them...
they do look like a little clean up of the CNC machining would help a little with these heads also

Let us know how those heads work out! I just blew the motor in my '93 and damaged the head on the drivers side. If that head and cam combo performs as well as they say it does I might be inclined to invest in a set! Good luck!
