my Camaro Has a Virus....Help...bad miss
i was driving the other day, and i decided to rip into it, i stepped on it, and i heard my worst nightmare....its an Automatic, so when i stepped on it, it downshifted, and then it had a Miss so bad, it sounded like someone pulled 2 wires...i left off, and stepped back on it, and it didnt do it again...is this the Distributor? could it be the Fuel Pump? just replaced Wires...maybe O2 Sensor?

Go grab the battery and try to rock it back and forth from front to back. Now that you found the battery tray/ overflow resevoir is broke, go down to the chevy dealer and get another one. PN 10402687. $22.16 from GMPARTSDIRECT.COM (I have yet to see an F-body that isn't broke) More than likely the bolt holding it down will break off so be prepared for that. Get one while you're at the chevy dealer.
Once that's done, you can jump on it and not short 12V to ground.

Not necessarily. When the resevoir breaks, it doesn't usually leak. While it's cold, open the radiator cap and see if it's full. If so and your light is on. Replace the coolant sensor. They go bad quite often. If it turns out you have a problem maintaining coolant level, you may have a more serious problem.
