my 95 z28 0-60 seems slower than it should be.
1995 chevy camaro z28 0-60:
Hey guys I have a 0-60 link to show you, I think its a little slow from 40-60mph. Anybody know what could be causing this? Could it possibly be the tune? Id like to get a track time soon but any advice is hielpful. Thanks

Re: my 95 z28 0-60 seems slower than it should be.
You're definitely hanging around the 40-45 mph range longer then you should be, but i can see why. I see you have a few mods, plus 3.73 gears in the back. Looking at the video, from 1st to 2nd gear, your RPMs seem to shift from 6,000, then to 4,500, then to 3,500. Listening closely, your wheels are screeching the whole time. Getting traction is what helps get that time a little lower for starters. It does seem like your shift from 1st to 2nd was slower then it should be... you have the automatic im assuming, a shift kit would help improve that as well. Any plans with a higher stall converter in the future with those gears?
