Re: My 383 Burnout

I normally get anywhere from a chirp to about 5 feet of rubber in third gear, depending on what kind of road im on and how i shift. " dont think i got much in the vid." I bet your car does some wicked 3rd gear burnies with the setup you have. I cant wait till i get the 150 shot.

Nice. Have you dynoed or ran your car at the track? Whats your compression at. My setup is similar to yours when we are done.

Re: My 383 Burnout

jonez- i've never had my car to the track or the dyno...its disappointing i know, but theres no where close by to get it dynoed and the only tracks around are 1/8 mile.

but they do have late night runs there so its kinda like bring what you want so i thought about racing on those nights. since my car doesn't have any badges maybe i can get some races haha its all fun and games for me though nothing serious.

They are some cheapo firestone firehawks or something like that. They hook suprisingly well though...considering....
