Bringing this to the top because i just tried to install the same wires yesterday...and was only able to do some of the..it was hell.....they are in terrible locations...actually they are probably in good locations....because they are so tucked away.....how would any one suggest you re-route the wires back to those locations....another question would be..what wires do i order to get the lenghts i need to run them in the over the top wire loom...because the ones i have are definitely too short....and i have long tubes......and already burnt 3 wires.....always #8..twice....and #5.........

Yeah, Use zip ties. I had a hell of a time on the passenger side. They are much thincker than stock. Use zip ties and you should be ok. :-)

I was able to route them in their stock locations, it was a VERY tight fit though I had to remove everything that was in the way and had to open up the "wire clips" behind the power steering pulley with a thick screwdriver. Again, the fit was very very tight!
After that I used zip ties to clear them from the headers.
Hope this helps!

Cool

I used 3 inch spark plug boots from Performance warehouse.
I sliced them down the middle, then applied dielectic greese inside of them. After the wires are passed though the small opening on the pass. side.I then slipped the boots over each wire, till I was satisfied they were all clear of any contacting of any metal.Still holding great after a couple of years or so.With no direct contacting of anything.I know it sounds hokie, but I like it so far.My02

Bought my set from Autozone. Lifetime warranty. The guys said when ever I buy longtubes and need the longer set of wires just come in and exchange them for free! Nice warranty That's what I did too.
