MSD problem

hey guys,

intstalled a MSD 6al on my buddies Nitrous 94z,

he didn't buy the harness and the car wont start...... now

i extended the leads to tha battery... reguarding the coil:

there where 3 wires..... 2 pink and 1 white...

i cut one of the pink wires and left it alone....according to the insturctions per msd website.

so the orange wire went to the pink wire on the coil and the black wire went to the white wire on the coil!!

the cars crank but doesn't start??

any idea's...i think we should remove the connections and have him buy the harness?

The harness is always the best option. It keeps you from hacking up the factory wiring and lets you easily return it to stock for troubleshooting.
