thats what i thought... if anyone knows something i dont and knows where to get a full set up MSD opti... SEND ME AN E-MAIL!

 

If you want something similar, why wait? Get a Dynaspark.
MSD can't even get a cap and rotor to market. A complete opti? They are probably not even thinking about it.

 

I was on the phone with the msd tech line yesterday. It IS just the cap and rotor, diffrent part numbers for non-vented and vented optis. I asked him if they are ever going to create a full optispark replacment, and they flat out said no to me.

 

Who knows..The guy I talked to said they would come out the a full replacement next year. But as of now, its just a cap and rotor.

 

As of now it is nothing but hopes and hype over something not on the market.

 

I'd like to see results on the MSD cap/rotor when it hits the market....but I'm sure others would too

 

I was going to order one out of Summitt, until they told me that they weren't released yet

 

IMHO, the stock opti had enough problems let alone opening it up and installing an alien cap/rotor. Asking for more problems I think, another point of failure. I wont be doing that cap/rotor.
