msd ignition

whats the difference between a 6al and just a 6a? also if i have my pcm tuned, will an ignition have any effect on it?

6al is good for nitrous...Digital 6 is better...

What do u have done to your car? You might not need an ignition.
Pcm tuned- What kind of effect are u talking about?

6AL has an adjustable rev limiter that the 6A does not have. I don't see the MSD having an effect on the tune (at least not anything that you could detect for tuning purposes without a dyno).

Look into the Mallory 685, all of the msd goodies plus a window switch built in for less money. That the route I choose.
