IMO it is not worth it. I would save your money for other mods.

Some people say it smooths out their idle and is a little more responsive at high revs. Also I believe if you're running N2O you need 6AL.....

I got an MSD 6AL installed in mine and...well...I don't know. Gas seems to have gotten just a little better, but idling seems about the same to me. However, throttle IMO i think got better. It's all really up to you. Installing it, i don't know. I had a local performance shop around here install it for me, took several hours...so you better have the money if you take it to someone

As I forgot to mention, it was several hours for me because I had them do the spark plugs, wires, DRLs, and a massive f*cking oil leak I had in the bottom. Misinformation, my bad

I don't have the MSD 6AL but the digital 6. It has been great. This unit is a must for forced induction or nitrous. I had a Jacobs unit before the MSD and it could not handle the blower, broke up at high rpm. You can easily adjust the rev limiter on the digital 6 with a small screwdriver, very practical.
