These are .026" thick and I see Summit has them at $70 bucks for a pair.
They may come individually too for about $37 each.
Also, the Mahle/Clevite Victor Reinz LT1 head gasket is about $20 bucks each (same .026" thick as the Mr. Gasket). If you can find that gasket at a local parts store it may be worth looking at.
