Mounting Tranny Cooler

I order this kit to mount tranny cooler and it has springs in it.

Should use the springs and if i do where should they be placed at?

Weren't there any instructions with the kit?
I suspect they are supposed to be a vibration isolator setup so, yesh, if you can, use them
