Motor hesitates at 6275 rpm w/ brand new tune.

Just had the tune done for the 3.73 gears. Took it out for a drive and when I got on it the first time at 6275 rpm on the datalog the car hesitated for a spit second and then went back to normal. The base pulse width on one side read 16 and the other said zero when I hit the 6275 rpm make. I checked my datalogs for the previous year and never reached that high of an rpm so does the tuner need to fix the shift point or what? I want the motor to make the maximum hp but also want to be safe and not over rev it. Does anyone know the shift points for stock and what the highest and safest point I should shoot for? Not 100% sure where to put this so if you need to move it thats fine.

If the engine is still stock then the cam is out of power before 6,000 and you should be shifting at about 5800. The stock cam/springs just aren't made for anything over 5800 - 6000.
