which cold ar kit is better the k&n or moroso one?

 

I would say they area about the same. I got the moroso cai because it's alot cheap price.

 

Yeah they are very similar. I have the K&N because it came on my car when I bought it. I would get the cheaper of the two.

 

Im very fond of the Moroso unit because of 2 friends that had problems with the K&N FIPK filter falling off constantly. My Moroso seems to have a bigger filter as well and was cheaper but a small margin. Not to mention im very happy with it.

 

I have the KN and the filter has never given me any problems falling off after 6 years...also last year the rubber conector from the intake tube to the MAF was lookin really bad I called up KN and they sent me one for free no hassel...they great customer service so and a great product so they get my nod...

 

I have no complaints with my lingenfelter...

 

Both are ok, but why not buy a Lingenfelter one for cheaper than both and save some money plus get a bigger K&N conical filter than either other one has. Also tightening the filter on the LPE seems easier than many other setups since you do it from the top.

I have the K&N but two of my friends have the moroso and they are both about the same. Personally, I'd buy the cheap of the two. I only got my K&N because my neighbor was selling it for 75 bucks

 

Go for the cheaper one IMO. Oh and btw I have had my K&N filter fall off once.

 

I had my K&N fall off once. This is almost always because A) its not on right or B) after cleaning and oiling the filter, the installer didn't clean the rubber lip of oil.

If you clean the rubber contact portion of the K&N and install it right, it will not fall off.

 

i have the K&N because my girlfriend bought me it

thats when i knew she was a keeper

 

Same here, G/F caught me off gaurd with a LPE box one night. Definately a keeper.
