more bolt ons or heads???

316 HP/330 TQ Trans Am (hot cam, kit slowmaster, cut out, mid headers+programming). I was thinking about porting my heads (by Lloyd Elliott). The port job will cost be about $500+ $150 for 3 angle valve job + gaskets ect (over $800). How much would I gain from teh heads: 40rwhp??? IS there any change in gas millage?? (if yes how much??)...

My goal is to run 4.5 sec from 0-60 (low 13sec on 1/4) and keep up with most of the Cars on the streets (STi, EVO, 350z, LS1, C5). What bolt ons I can put in it?? Electric water pump, pulleys???

Thanks

I'd say go for the heads....the only other directions you could go that would be helpful are the waterpump and suspension things like LCA's, SFC's, drag radials etc. I'm not sure about gains from heads with the hotcam, but I'd say probably between 30-40rwhp
