wondering if this has been done. i want to get rid of my PS, idc where the alt is, just cant be lower than where PS is now.

anybody seen of anybody putting a pulley or anything where the PS normally is? or modifying the bracket for alternator, and ac delete bracket only?

that's mine looks. Why do you want to get rid of your power steering? you have a fiero steering rack to install or a manual one waiting to go on?

do you have working a/c?

 

thanks for that post, but if you would have read, it said it cannot be lower than the PS is now. I have turbo piping there

my car is a street/strip car, hasnt had PS for about two years, and i never plugged the holes on the rack. And i just dont want the hassle/cluster of the PS crowding my engine bay.

And nope, no working A/C, or heat for that matter

And i have searched, im well aware of the madman alt only setups (too low, my pipes hit), and people putting the alt where the ac is, and putting a pulley up top, but like i said, alt cannot be low


with my 1LE ac delete pulley, its about a 1/4" from hitting the corner of that. i honestly dont even know if the PS pump will fit back in....
