missing out after cam swap

ok well ive had my cam swap for about 4k miles now. the car is really iffy on how it runs.. some days it seems like it runs fine and some days it just plain runs like ****. i got the computer tuned and that settled down my idle a little bit and cleared all the codes but it just seems like something is holding the car back. i changed the spark plugs when i got the new computer and they looked bad but i know the car is running rich. im really not sure where to begin on chasing this problem down. would a ignition box be helpful like a MSD 6AL or a Mallory 685, maybe i could adjust the timing and get it running better. any ideas would be greatly appreciated

no check engine lights or errors, i reused the factory O2 sensors and bought some extensions to make em work with the long tubes. would bad O2's make this much of a differance?

Disconnect your O2's and see how it runs.
