Miss at idle

I can hear a miss when my car is idleing. Its only at idle no misses at part throttle or WOT. I have no exhaust leaks and my tuning software tells me all the essential sensors are working properly. What could cause the miss? Spark plugs? They are bosch platinums I am replacing them with NGK TR55's. If I replace them and I still hear a miss what should I try next?

First thing I would try since you have logging software is log while it's idling and see if anything strange happens whenever it misses. Might not help anything, but it's free.

The timing jumps around abit, to compensate for change in rpm I think.
