minor trouble

Well I just finished putting the six speed back in the car, and full exhaust back on. I noticed when driving at low speeds with little to no acceleration the car feels like its cutting out. As soon as u give it gas past a certain point its as smooth as can be. I thought it was an o2 cuz when I had the laptop on it and driving I noticed the right side was reading at best 200 mv. So I replaced those, and got a good tune from Ion (which helped in all the other area's). But the cutting out prob is still there, and is just as bad if not worse. So I ordered a new set of wires (at night you can see them arcing), and I'm gonna change the plugs. It has a new opti, newer fuel pump. The only other thing I can think of is maybe an injector is messed up? Maybe leaking fuel into the cylinder while at low rpms, and causing it to "load" up on fuel. There is definately a hint of richness to it at low speeds, but I figured its just because of the cam being so big. Sometimes after driving for a while at low speeds, and u come to a stop push the clutch in it wants to idle real low and die. Just want some other ideas as to what I might be overlooking.

Re: minor trouble

Why was the tranny off your car, were you installing a new clutch? This sounds like what happened to me after I installed the piece-of-@$#% spec clutch a while back.
