Milled heads/new combustion chamber size??

My heads were milled .010", and I NEED to know what this did to my combustion chamber volume. Need to know for new shortblock. Thanks.

Heads aren't off the car. Trying to figure out combustion chamber size for new motor setup.

You can typically figure .006" per CC when flat milling...

Of course valvejobs, chamber work etc. will all make a difference as well...

I remember reading that you can use a buret to pour water into one of the chambers and get a volumetric measurement. The machine shop you had the heads milled at should have some method similar to this of approximating your chamber size.

Well, can anyone make some educated geusstimates using the following info: 2.02/1.55 valves, milled 0.010".

I talked to the ported yesterday, and he said that the slight milling will only have a very negligible effect on the CR, if any.
