mezzier waterpump install?

mezzier waterpump install?

anyone have any guids or directions on how to install a electic waterpump?? thanks

I'd recommend using a relay and power the pump directly from the battery using the ignition to activate the relay.

but what do i do about the waterpump drive on the block of the engine??? do i remove it??seal it up???cut it?? or what?

ok, i got the coyles double roller timing chain set and the chain was rubbing against the sprocket on the waterpump drive. so i removed it, do i need to clog the hole up or can i just leave it open?? thanks

The hole that is in the block can be left alone, just make sure that you cover the hole in the timing cover.

Haha, yeah you can pay a shop $30 to TIG weld that hole shut...****ers...just did it for free in class today, less than 1-min, but got charged $25 by a shop to plug the CPS hole!

Might as well take out the drive sprocket.

The Mezirie should have come with a brass freeze plug for the pump housing and you can use a combination of washers, bolt, nut, and RTV to seal up the timing cover.
