Ok........
My pump definetly works...
I rigged it to the constant power source at the passanger strut tower.....

if you look at the relay under side like below pretend these numbers are the pongs

ok 5 should be left alone.....right

i have the blue wire from the pump going to relay prong #2
the black wire goes to ground from the pump
prong # 1 goes to the relay box to a 15A fuse for A/C something so that when i key-it forward pump=ON

and #4 = ground to relay

i know somethings wrong
i had this working before but i put a new engine in and am trying to figure this out again

heres the answer

1 = ground
2 = Power to Water pump
3 = Power to fuse in fuse block
4 = Always HOT run it to strut tower on passenger side
5 = not used/ no connection externally

I just wired up my Meziere pump today. I used the fuel pump jumper wire near the heater box to power my relay so it's only on when the fuel pump is on.

 

Mine is similar like yours
when key is forward the pump will get power
