I installed one thinking it would help with a slight problem I have...when it's hot (the car) it has a hard time going into reverse and sometimes even 1st. It just take a little bit of effort (and no it's not the lockout solenoid, it moves over into the reverse postion just fine). Anyways, it didn't help at all. No big deal, it was pretty cheap and i liked being able to raise the engagement height a bit.

I would look to something else first...bleed your hydraulic system, but I have a feeling it's the tranny synchros, thats probably what my problem is. When it's cold, it usually shifts great
