its been like 3 months for me and mine finally crapped out on me too the motor like JUST DIED i sent keith an email and he's like acting all shady about it
turns out his great customer service in the begining isn't so great once he sell's you his POS product!! 
i feel like a dik now i told everyone how good it was and it turn's out to be JUNK
i knew i should have gotten the QTEC that's ok ill be sure to make sure NO ONE i know EVER buy's his plate!

i had it for a few days working till it stopped, sent it back took a month for it to get back to me fixed, worked for a day or so, he said he' send out a new one, took about 2 months to get it never send the old 1 back throw it out, and that one stopped working after a few weeks and i called back after a few days or weeks i got to talk to him again throw email and he said he would send me a new one i got it in the mail and im about to go and put the new one on but he never answers the phone at his work i wonder why lol

that's BS i mean i'm not the one to wanna bad mouth someone and thier product, cause i always give company's a chance to fix thing's and make the situation right... but this guy is just being a DIK! just like bob bailey and his LTCC setup, i had some really bad issues with the setup but BOB made pretty much every attempt to make thing's right! now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!i don't care if i gotta pay to have the motor replaced i just want it fixed, which i SHOULDN'T have to pay ANYTHING since this thing is like 3 months old and RARELY even get's used
i knew i should have gotten that QTEC
lesson learned trying to save like $10

i had an original mccord plate and it died before i ever bolted it down. never did get anything outta that mess.
i have 1 of the first production QTEC's and no complaints. Barry has been great to deal with.

My MPP doesnt close all the way. So when I take off, I get that annoying "Theres a bolt loose in my exhaust" rattle. I guess there is no point in me trying to get it fixed. Maybe I will send him a lovely letter. Mine is only 6 months old.
