Yes, on a 3" cutout in place of the cat. Works great, no problems yet but I only use it on race days. I would prefer a switch and relay system so that it would automatically cut power when you activated the limit switch. I'd bet that most of the problems with them are related to people leving their finger on the button too long after the limit is hit. I always release the switch the moment the limit light come on.

I just ordered one of these last week, should be coming next week. My friend has two on his 94 GT Mustang and he loves them, he has not had any problems with them, and the switch works great. He recommended it to me. Go for it.

well, look at it this way. after you have boughten 3 mccords because there crap, you'll wish u went with the dmh. I contemplated going with the mccord at first as well. Then when i heard all the horror stories i decided to go with dave and dmh. I had a problem with the seal on mine, and he shipped me a brand new on the next day. No problems since then and i open and close it prolly 3-4 times a day. go with dmh and u wont be disappointed. -Michael

Mccord powepile of crap is GARBAGE!! Don't get one you will regret because you will be buying a new cutout after 3 months. They are GARBAGE and keith mccord DOES NOT stand behind his product what so ever. When it does break keith will be no where to be found and will just blow you off when it comes time to send it back to him to be repaired.

On the other hand, www.dhmperformance.com makes an EXCelLENT cutout and if anything does ever happend you can be sure that it will be fixed no questions asked. I know a buddy of mine that had a minor problem on him and sent it back and got it fixed within 2 weeks and hasn't had another problem since.

Go with the DHM and save yourself some aggrivations
