What is the max lift you can have with stock springs and rockers?

Or better yet, can you use the stock springs with a Comp Cams 305?

 

No. you shouldn't even use them w/1.6rr's.

 

MAx lift for stock springs is the stock cam. Stock rockers are good to .600 or more.

I knew I should have ordered some when Comp recomended their 26918 springs.
Every where I look list those springs as LS1 springs.
Is there a dimension differance between LT1 and LS1 springs (dia.) ?
