Anyone know the max lift of the comp cam's 941 valve spring, on there site it shows to be .500 but i'v heard of people running well over that. I have all the specs of the spring but the max lift.

 

I run then with my Crane cam with a bit over 550 lift. On stock valves they set up at about 1.75 and coil bind is 1.13 thats .620 worth of travel with .050 margin that gives you good to 570 lift. Thats just my 2 cents. Frank95

 

Hell I didnt know you just subtract the coil bind height from the installed height, and add in your safety margin, thought there was more to it than that. Thanks.
