allright I have tried the drivetrain thread and didn't really get any answers so I am here.

I have a t-56 trans that I have broke for the 2nd time (not trying to sell it). One of my friends has a 700r4 out of his 3rd gen z28 with a 350 he is wanting to trade and give me a little money for it. that is with torque converter and all.

will it fit and what all will i need to convert it over?

what crossmember?

what about the driveshaft?

I know i need to get a manual valvebody for it that's about all I know about.
