Alright.. i had to remove my head to get a header bolt that was stuck in it.. out.. did that.. reinstalled everything.. started the car... and i have a major exhaust leak now.. sounds like from the header/valve cover area.. i took the header off and double checked it to be clean of gasket.. and put it a new one on.. rebolted it.. and still have the leak.. so im 99.9% sure it aint the header.. where else may it be coming from? open to any suggestions as to where it might be from...

May be u didnt put bakc the EGR pipe? Or didnt tight it?

 

INteresting u bring up emissions.. my car had been unhooked from battery for a week.. and all of a sudden my emmisions pumps started working again when i started it (I had Ion remove them on my new PCM tune)... wondering why they would have started pumping again.. maybe its a problem because alot of them arent hooked up properly i dont believe...due to my headers..

 

Well i replaced the egr pipe.. and replaced everything involving exhaust.. new header gasket.. reseated the valve cover.. and i have a noise... sounds like its coming from underneath the driver side valve cover.. easiest way to explain it.. it sounds like a very loud rocker arm tick
