Bryan Herter at PCMforless is dead on, great to deal with and turn around is quick.

Agreed, very good feedback on both to the point where I don't think one can easily say one is better then the other. Me personally, I went with Madz28 and he has done a couple tunes for me. The work has been excellent. When I was in the market, the main reason I went with Madz28 is because he is local, simple as that.

Heard good things about both. I went with PCMForLess and can say they are awesome. Responded to my emails very quickly and answered all my questions. Got exactly what I ordered.

My MadZ28 tune is pretty dead on... GM847/heads/36lb injectors all supporting mods and my air:fuel is 12.7-13.1:1 all the way across the rpm band.

Also forgot to mention that I had a PCM4Less tune for the car aswell... it was good, but the driveability of the tune wasn't that great, Ion got my driveability right on, and I said nothing to him about it. He just got the same information that Bryan got for my PCM4Less tune.

The change in the tune may have been a "trade-off" between maximum performance and drivability. Bryan has always been “spot-on” with all the work he has done for me, however, performance is my "only" criteria.

If you don't have alot of cash, go with the Mail order tune, if you have some money to throw around, go get a real dyno-tune, then you'll be sure its on the money and giving you real power gains and such, plus you'll know what your car puts down and thats always kinda cool, hope this helps, take care.

Flip a coin, that's a pretty common tune for those mentioned. I personnally went with MadZ28. Local to me too.

Could be... but my car went 12.7's on Bryan's tune and 12.4's on Ion's tune with the better weather factor going to Bryan. I'm not saying one is better than the other at all. I know my buddy Mark had Bryan do the tune for his LT4 Hot cammed car and that thing was disgusting fast for what it was. Especially when he threw a kit on it, lmao.
