MagnaCharger

Does anyone know if Magnacharger finished thier Overhead Supercharger kit for the LT-1?

I don't get it....They made the LS-1 charger...that doesn't fit into the LS-1 F-bodies....Then finally they start making plans for an LT-1 charger...that was almost a year ago...

I don't know if Magna ever finished their LT1 charger or not. Appearantly, none of their products supposedly fit underneath the cowl of the F-body. I would venture that if you didn't mind hacking the cowl a bit and maybe massaging the firewall, one would fit. Or you could just buy a vortech/ati/powerdyne/etc... and bolt it on and go.

I think theres a thread discussing that, and if I'm not mistaken it was EXTREMELY loud.

That's exactly what I want to do. Originally I had plans to buy a Turbo kit...but the GUy wanted 5.5K for it even though the site said 3.5K when I went to order. How hard is it to do the Eaton Conversion what needs to be done?

I see he machined the Stock intake and weled a mount for the Super charger then added a custom TP intake on there. Looks good....but Tunning and effeciency wise....does it work?
