what does this do? I have a Granatalli MAF, but what will this do? It can be seen at www.fasttoys.net under camaro then under air/fuel. Is it worth it?

 

I have one on my car. Mine does the a/f and the timing. I heard the grannetelli leans out your fuel trim. i think the translator is pretty nice next to having a custom pcm tune or having a laptop. but to use it best make sure you use a scanner with data logging to see what your engine needs and then tune it accordingly. my car was running real lean with the bolt ons i did. once i got my translator. my fuel trims are about dead on and i felt a very nice seat of the pants difference. id say i picked up between 15-20 rearwheel hp after tuning. I hope to make it to the track to tune it further. Hope this helps.........
