MAF Cleaning, what to use?

Hey guys, I need to clean up my MAF to see if it will improve my readings. What's the best thing to use on them? I've heard electrical components cleaner works, but what brand??

Thanks, Dan.

I used some electrical components spray cleaner on mine, not sure what the brand is but I got it at Pep Boys in the sectin with all the carb and other spray cleaners. I've used it several times and it works well, dries very quickly and doesn't leave any residue.
